Method SET_TABLE_FOR_FIRST_DISPLAY of CL_GUI_ALV_GRID
sets NO_OUT = 'X' of field catalog when number of column is over 99 entries
when I_STRUCTURE_NAME is filled.
-> remove I_STRUCTURE_NAME
or after SET_TABLE_FOR_FIRST_DISPLAY
call GET_FRONTEND_FIELDCATALOG and set NO_OUT = ' '
then call SET_FRONTEND_FIELDCATALOG & REFRESH_TABLE_DISPLAY
